Proven Event Planning Experience

With over 10 years of professional event planning and management experience, Hannah is an event planner in La Crosse, WI who brings a calm, detail-driven, and highly organized approach to events. Our experience spans intimate gatherings to large-scale public events, giving us the ability to execute seamless, well-orchestrated celebrations at every level.

Leadership in Large-Scale Events

My background includes serving as Executive Director of one of the largest and longest-running Oktoberfest celebrations in the United States, where I led multi-day citywide event execution, vendor coordination, sponsor relationships, and guest experience for hundreds of thousands of attendees.

I also bring extensive experience from my time with the Milwaukee Brewers Special Events Department, where I supported the execution of high-profile experiences including corporate hospitality events, overnight large-scale productions, and private, high-touch celebrations hosted at one of Milwaukee’s most sought-after venues.

In addition, I’ve managed programming and events at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, overseeing logistics, operations, and cross-department collaboration for a wide range of university events.
