Wedding Day Management

Package available for $3,400

Perfect for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional to bring everything together and manage the final details.

Includes:

  • Initial planning consultation

  • Venue walkthrough

  • Final planning meeting (6–8 weeks before the wedding)

  • Review of vendor contracts and logistics

  • Vendor communication and final confirmations

  • Comprehensive wedding day timeline

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination

  • Floor plan and event flow review

  • Guest experience and logistics recommendations

  • Lead planner and one event assistant

  • Up to 12 hours of wedding day management

Designed for couples who want a trusted planning partner from the first decision through the last dance.

Includes everything in Partial Planning, plus:

  • Budget development and management

  • Venue research and selection assistance

  • Vendor research, recommendations, and coordination

  • Attendance at vendor meetings as needed

  • Creation and management of your complete planning timeline

  • Wedding website guidance and RSVP strategy

  • Guest transportation and accommodation planning (if needed)

  • Ceremony and reception logistics

  • Planning for outdoor or unique venue logistics

  • Management of all final details leading up to the wedding

  • Additional assistant(s) as needed

    We can help coordinate site layouts, rentals, tents, utilities, parking, guest flow, weather contingency plans, and vendor logistics to create a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable celebration.
